Return & Replacement Policy for Refurbished Products:

• We offer a 7-day replacement policy for hardware functionality issues.  
• Products must be returned in the same condition as delivered.  
• Physical damage, liquid damage, or customer-induced issues are not covered.  
• Battery backup is not covered under warranty unless completely non-functional.  
• Refunds are not provided unless replacement is not possible.  

LAPFINITY INFO - REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At LAPFINITY INFO, we take pride in the quality of our IT spare parts and solutions. To ensure a fair experience for all customers, the following policy applies to all purchases made on lapfinityinfo.com.

1. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement for a full refund.

  • Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled.

2. 7-Day Replacement Policy

  • We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee for items that are received in a defective state or "Dead on Arrival" (DOA).

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: To claim a replacement for physical damage or missing items, customers must provide an unedited unboxing video showing the shipping label and the opening of the package.

  • Incompatibility: We do not accept returns for parts ordered incorrectly by the customer. We strongly recommend emailing sales@lapfinityinfo.com to verify compatibility before placing an order.

3. Conditions for Return/Replacement

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • All warranty seals and barcoded stickers must be intact. Any tampered or broken seals will void the replacement claim.

  • Items damaged due to improper DIY installation are not eligible for return.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds are only issued if a replacement for a defective item is out of stock.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
